The pharmacist is available on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter. Many people have access to smartphones and those that do have access to the above-mentioned apps.
This already existing technology allows you, the client to speak to the pharmacist confidentially and in private. The pharmacist is ready to speak to and assist you with information regarding acute or chronic treatment, medicine side effects, contraindications, and other information. This amazing and convenient service only costs R20 per consultation.

Should your condition require doctor referral, please be aware that we have an In-House Doctor for R200 consultation fee.
In the event where the doctor writes up a prescription for medicines then the prescription will be emailed to your nearest pharmacy for your convenience.
The great news is that you can use your medical aid to claim the prescription medication.
Zapper is the preferred payment method. Just scan the barcode on this page or ask the Pharmacist to send you a link.
For your convenience, we have accounts in all five major banks, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, ABSA and Capitec so you can make a direct transfer using your cellphone App.
